We are not responsible for lost mail, however, we will do what we can to accommodate you guys.

Return Policy

We are not responsible for damage during shipping (i.e. broken jewel cases, etc.) but if your disc is defective and/or does not work properly upon initial playback (in a suitable machine) return the disc for a full refund (including shipping both ways).
